Process

-First interview.

We will always start with a first free 20-minute interview, where we can get to know each other, I can explain how I work and you can tell me what led you to contact me. At the end we can decide together if I can accompany you in your process.

-Frequency and duration of sessions.

The sessions are usually weekly or every fifteen days, this allows the process to have continuity and you will be feeling better and seeing results continuously and in a fairly quick time.

-The session is yours.

You decide what we talk about in your session. I will accompany you according to your needs.

-Work at home.

After each session I will suggest exercises for you to do between sessions. This helps you to introduce what you have worked on in the session in your daily life and to make the process continuous so that you can see improvements.

-First sessions.

In the first two sessions we will create a map about you so that we can create a work plan together.

-About me.

During any therapeutic process a bond is created between the client and the professional, that is why it is important for me that you also know who I am. For years I have done a lot of personal work that allows me to help you in your current process.

-How long.

Each person and process needs a certain amount of time. It also depends a lot on the frequency of the sessions. Even so, in general the process can last between 3, 6 or 12 months.

-Results.

Although personal work takes time and therefore results are seen after a few months, if we work together, you will see small improvements in yourself after only a few sessions.
